Why do some products have 'B-grade', 'C-grade', etc.?

Grade refers to the quality of a product.

sometimes when manufacturing products, some come back with flaws whether it's from a mistake or from shipping damages. Same for hand made products, due to their nature, I can’t perfect each product.

• Grade A are a products with no flaws, and will be sold for the original price.
• Grade B products will have slight flaws like little scratches, slight difference in colors from the original etc. Therefore B grade products will be sold at a discounted price.

These products still work fine and deserve a home! and it would be a waste to throw them because of minor flaws.

What currency is your store in?

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates dirham(AED). You can use an online currency converter to estimate your final costs.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, I don’t accept cancellations, as it can effect my small business, so please be sure you’re completely committing on purchasing before placing an order!

I put in the wrong address! What should I do?

Please contact me ASAP via email or on Instagram, So I can change it before I send it out! But if I’ve already shipped out your parcel, unfortunately there’s nothing I can do.

So if your order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you’ll have to pay a little extra to cover the new shipping fees. But if the parcel gets lost and does not get returned to me, unfortunately there’s nothing I can do, as I do not issue any refunds.

What tool do I use to draw?

• Procreate for drawing, along with the iPad Pro 11in and Apple Pencil.
• Affinity designer for drawing and editing text on my HP laptop.
• VLLO & CapCut for editing videos.

Fav brushes on procreate?

• 6B pencil, Tinderbox, Ink Bleed, Studio Pen, Quoll, Freycinet and Soft Brush.
